Soft yet vocal, these 3 have interesting areas of calm and activity. Pink tones originate from umbers and ochres . Soft pastels and lead pencil lend interesting passages.

A respected friend and mentor has been encouraging me and helping me navigate my creative journey. These 2 works are dedicated to her. Thanks R

A large canvas with boldness and vibrant colours . Purple , emerald and red! What’s life without some daring !?

Evoking the bush scape between Hyams and Greenfields beaches, Jervis Bay. Scribbly gums are native pale-limbed beautifully marked trees giving pleasure to all who pass.

A new series of paintings evoking the earth , it’s warmth and depth. Sienna, umber, charcoal and black mixed with oxide and white make for dramatic effect. Although I rarely seek to form a landscape, collected memories must surface .

Large framed vibrant work

New works hanging happily with a light mood

Some interesting developing pieces heading towards my solo exhibition 22-27 November 2022

I enjoyed using umbers and siennas for their depth and natural beauty
